In slavic mythology, Rusałka was a water nymph(feamale spirit) living by lakes, rivers.
And I see that you concerned to folklore, and this is some nice art, but I think that colours are a little too bright.

Siema, I mostly work in Horror, my arts vary in red & black & gray and entrails & sh..t I decided to make something sunshiny & colorful for a change.

I myself live on the village, and this picture shows perfectly how people celebrate it there.

EDIT 10.04.2022: Yeah, well, as of now, I think that it rather shows how people used to celebrate Dożynki, but festivals with music and dances are still common in the polish countryside, and I haven't seen wódka on any festival I've been to, although beer is common, obviously.
